Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 967,605 and represented 23.81% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (45.10K), followed by Arapahoe (44.28K), and El Paso (31.16K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.53%), followed by Arapahoe (10.00%), and Denver (8.91%).
