Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Idaho was 967,605 and represented 79.29% of the total Idaho citizen voting-age population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (3.11K), followed by Canyon (585), and Elmore (560).
