Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 967,605 and represented 46.41% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (30.41K), followed by Wyandotte (26.18K), and Johnson (17.69K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (26.30%), followed by Geary (18.20%), and Leavenworth (9.02%).
