Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 967,605 and represented 22.60% of the total Maryland citizen voting-age population.

Among all Maryland counties, Prince George's had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (419.58K), followed by Baltimore city (284.90K), and Baltimore (166.73K).
