Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 967,605 and represented 31.68% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (29.84K), followed by Washington (7.55K), and Lane (2.97K).
