Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 967,605 and represented 22.16% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (169.92K), followed by Dane (17.63K), and Racine (15.23K).

In terms of percentages, Milwaukee had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.17%), followed by Racine (10.47%), and Kenosha (6.41%).
