Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,551,105 and represented 115.57% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (167.83K), followed by Benton (148.51K), and Washington (131.63K).
