Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 2,551,105 and represented 10.01% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (2.15M), followed by San Diego (1.23M), and Orange (1.05M).

In terms of percentages, Sierra had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (90.82%), followed by Nevada (88.44%), and Plumas (86.28%).
