Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 2,551,105 and represented 109.91% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (290.22K), followed by Linn (150.98K), and Scott (109.06K).

In terms of percentages, Monroe had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.33%), followed by Lucas (98.68%), and Carroll (98.25%).
