Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,551,105 and represented 62.69% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (706.91K), followed by Ramsey (281.57K), and Dakota (258.18K).

In terms of percentages, Wilkin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.56%), followed by Lake of the Woods (98.31%), and Fillmore (97.73%).
