Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 2,551,105 and represented 55.41% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (528.72K), followed by Jackson (349.06K), and St. Charles (265.77K).

In terms of percentages, Scotland had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.14%), followed by Mercer (98.90%), and Osage (98.76%).
