Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Dakota was 2,551,105 and represented 398.82% of the total South Dakota citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Dakota counties, Minnehaha had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (120.60K), followed by Pennington (71.48K), and Lincoln (38.31K).

In terms of percentages, Hanson had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.57%), followed by Deuel (98.92%), and Campbell (98.72%).
