Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 3.83K Navy CDP, VA population, the 45-49yrs age group constituted the highest percentage of the population (14.77%), followed by the 55-59yrs age group (11.04%), and the 10-14yrs age group (8.46%).
