Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the voting-age population of Kentucky was 3.47M which was 77.26% of the total Kentucky population. Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest voting-age population (606.87K), followed by Fayette (253.89K), and Kenton (128.16K).

On the other hand, the counties with the least voting-age population were: Robertson (1.66K), Owsley (3.27K), and Hickman (3.63K).
