Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the voting-age population of Minnesota was 4.35M which was 76.66% of the total Minnesota population. Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest voting-age population (990.12K), followed by Ramsey (420.54K), and Dakota (329.12K).
