Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among all US states and DC, Alaska had the highest gender ratio (male/female) (1.10), followed by North Dakota (1.06), and Wyoming (1.05).

NB: A ratio of 1 means equal number of males and females, a ratio > 1 means more males, and a ratio < 1 means more females.
