Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among all US counties with a population of at least 50K, Suffolk city, VA had the highest percentage of population with African ancestry (12.93%), followed by Kankakee County, IL (7.74%), and Lenoir County, NC (5.30%).
