Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among all US counties with a population of at least 50K, Prince George's County, MD had the highest percentage of hispanic or latino population with Central American origin (65.24%), followed by Jefferson Parish, LA (53.02%), and Alexandria city, VA (52.23%).
