Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen population for Nevada was 2,824,315 and represented 90.97% of the total Nevada population.

Among all Nevada counties, Clark had the highest citizen population (2.04M), followed by Washoe (450.32K), and Lyon (57.05K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (99.11%), followed by Mineral (98.80%), and Eureka (98.46%).
