Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Oregon was 3,257,200 and represented 81.05% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (543.31K), followed by Washington (372.71K), and Clackamas (334.61K).
