Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,398,225 and represented 75.47% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (576.84K), followed by Fayette (236.83K), and Kenton (125.84K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.69%), followed by Elliott (82.59%), and Owsley (81.50%).
