Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware's State Representative District 11 was 17.87K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (14.55K) and constituted 81.42% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (2.00K) and constituted 11.16% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone racial group had the third highest (505) and constituted 2.83% of the total citizen voting-age population.
