Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware's State Representative District 16 was 17.48K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (7.64K) and constituted 43.68% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (7.03K) and constituted 40.22% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the third highest (2.25K) and constituted 12.87% of the total citizen voting-age population.
