Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative District 10 was 94.10K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (49.55K) and constituted 52.66% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (33.94K) and constituted 36.07% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone racial group had the third highest (4.39K) and constituted 4.66% of the total citizen voting-age population.
