Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative District 28 was 101.63K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (49.71K) and constituted 48.92% of the total.
