Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative Subdistrict 11A was 28.94K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (14.62K) and constituted 50.51% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (10.74K) and constituted 37.10% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the third highest (1.47K) and constituted 5.08% of the total citizen voting-age population.
