Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative Subdistrict 37A was 29.54K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (14.05K) and constituted 47.57% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (13.06K) and constituted 44.20% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the third highest (1.14K) and constituted 3.84% of the total citizen voting-age population.
