The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (23.37K) and constituted 69.01% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (7.21K) and constituted 21.28% of the total.
