Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative Subdistrict 44B was 65.53K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (33.51K) and constituted 51.13% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (24.12K) and constituted 36.80% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone racial group had the third highest (3.74K) and constituted 5.70% of the total citizen voting-age population.
