Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Oklahoma citizen voting-age population was 2.88M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.05M) and constituted 71.07% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (203.38K) and constituted 7.05% of the total. The Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (200.95K), constituting 6.97% of the total citizen voting-age population.
