Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 87,570 and represented 1.13% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (52.17K), followed by Wake (46.09K), and Cumberland (24.28K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.26%), followed by Cumberland (10.01%), and Hoke (9.29%).
