Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 998,375 and represented 29.38% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (118.48K), followed by Fayette (33.05K), and Christian (10.13K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (21.77%), followed by Jefferson (20.54%), and Christian (19.53%).
