Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (525.29K), followed by Mecklenburg (409.44K), and Guilford (216.48K).

In terms of percentages, Yancey had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (96.21%), followed by Ashe (94.82%), and Madison (94.46%).
