Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for California's 37th Congressional District was 436.50K. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (175.65K) and constituted 40.24% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (134.25K) and constituted 30.76% of the total. The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the third highest (80.35K) and constituted 18.41% of the total citizen voting-age population.
