The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (175.65K) and constituted 40.24% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (134.25K) and constituted 30.76% of the total.
