The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (203.17K) and constituted 47.26% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (128.47K) and constituted 29.88% of the total.
