Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 195.80K people in California with Scotch Irish ancestry (0.50% of California population). Among all California cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Lathrop city had the highest percentage of its population with Scotch Irish ancestry (3.47%), followed by Mill Valley city (2.99%), and Sonoma city (2.96%).
