Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 184.78K people in New Jersey with West Indian (except Hispanic groups) ancestry (2.00% of New Jersey population). Among all New Jersey cities and places with a population of at least 10K, East Orange city had the highest percentage of its population with West Indian (except Hispanic groups) ancestry (16.22%), followed by Asbury Park city (11.66%), and Roselle borough (10.20%).
