Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 203.21K people in Virginia with Subsaharan African ancestry (2.37% of Virginia population). Among all Virginia cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Cherry Hill CDP had the highest percentage of its population with Subsaharan African ancestry (13.46%), followed by Suffolk city (13.26%), and Leesylvania CDP (12.91%).
