Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 1.16M people in Washington with German ancestry (15.29% of Washington population). Among all Washington counties, Klickitat County had the highest percentage of its population with German ancestry (24.27%), followed by Pend Oreille County (23.37%), and Ferry County (22.19%).
