Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Pennsylvania White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma was 7.11%. Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Reading city had the highest percentage of its White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (23.18%), followed by Hazleton city (19.81%), and York city (19.45%).
