Among all Washington cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Sumner city had the highest percentage of its Some Other Race Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (84.09%), followed by Ferndale city (67.21%), and Covington city (66.91%).
