Among all Iowa congressional districts, IA Congressional District 2 had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Some College or Associates Degree (35.67%), followed by IA Congressional District 1 (35.04%), and IA Congressional District 3 (32.41%).
