Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the New York Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma was 15.27%. Among all New York congressional districts, NY Congressional District 23 had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (27.71%), followed by NY Congressional District 21 (27.29%), and NY Congressional District 22 (26.30%).
