Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the population of New York (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher was 38.11%. Among all New York congressional districts, NY CD 12 had the highest percentage of its population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (73.87%), followed by NY CD 10 (62.49%), and NY CD 3 (55.51%).
