Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the population of North Carolina (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher was 33.02%. Among all North Carolina congressional districts, NC CD 4 had the highest percentage of its population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (56.82%), followed by NC CD 12 (42.63%), and NC CD 2 (38.30%).
