Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the North Carolina American Indian and Alaska Native Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma was 24.46%. Among all North Carolina counties, Greene County had the highest percentage of its American Indian and Alaska Native Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (74.68%), followed by Cleveland County (72.97%), and Alexander County (70.64%).
