Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Ohio Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent was 32.87%. Among all Ohio counties, Van Wert County had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (85.25%), followed by Holmes County (78.08%), and Hocking County (73.86%).
