Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma County had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (40.48%), followed by Tulsa County (37.93%), and Payne County (37.23%).
