Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Oklahoma Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent was 33.57%. Among all Oklahoma counties, Kingfisher County had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (91.89%), followed by Delaware County (81.36%), and Cotton County (67.65%).
