Among all Oklahoma counties, Nowata County had the highest percentage of its Hispanic or Latino of All Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Some College or Associates Degree (64.14%), followed by Pawnee County (51.36%), and Comanche County (37.83%).
